How Do You Determine Prices?

Every job is different!  Pricing is based on these variables:

- What print method (silk screen, embroidery, vinyl, DTG, sublimation)

- Quantity of items to be printed

- Number of colors used in print (for silk screen printing)

- How many locations to be printed

- Brand/Style of garment to be printed on as different brands have different price points

 

Please contact us via email sales@weprinttshirts.ca with your logo, number of items and print placement and if you have a preferred brand or style of garment. Design services or special requests can also affect pricing.

 

What brands do you carry?  

Our top selling brand is Gildan Ultra Cotton, Gildan Soft Style or Gildan Performance - great quality brand, excellent color and size selections.  We also carry Bella, Fruit of the Loom, Anvil, Jerzees, King Athletic and American Apparel.  Check out our supplier catalogues below.  Certain fabrics work better for certain print methods but please let us know what you had in mind.

How do I submit my logo or artwork?  

Please email your logo to sales@weprinttshirts.ca, or drop by with it on USB.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS - artwork in the following formats in high resolution with at least 300 dpi: Photoshop .PSD, Illustrator .AI, .EPS, .PDF, .JPG.
 If you've seen something online you'd like us to recreate please forward that image to us and we can go over the options.

What is the largest print size you can do?  

Print size is typically based on the technology being used. On average for an adult tee, full front = 12-13 inch width.
Tank tops and youth shirts would decrease in width size based on shirt size.

What areas can you print on?  

Standard printing locations are left chest (over the heart area), full front, full back, sleeve, back of collar.

What is your turn around time?  

Average turn around is 5-10 business days from date of payment, however certain seasons may need a bit more time due to volume. Rush jobs are sometimes available at no extra fee. Call to inquire.

 

What is the minimum order?  

The Quick answer is x1. For a single shirt order, we can use high-quality t-shirt vinyl, sublimation, embroidery or direct-to-garment printing. If your needs require screen printing, we have a minimum order of 14 pieces for the first order. Multi colour screen printing has a minimum order of 24 pieces for the first order. Repeat orders for screen-printing only have a minimum of 5 pieces. You may mix and match sizes or garment styles to meet the minimum for screen printing.

 

Can you ship my order?

Yes, we can ship within Canada or to the USA. Shipping charges are based on location, weight and delivery date needed.
Pick-up in Georgina at the store is free.

 

Can you print on hats?

We can offer one colour transfer on hats, but embroidery is usually a better solution and still cost effective.  Pricing for decorating hats is based on what hat style/brand, number of decorated locations, complexity of logo and quantity.  You can view our hat suppliers HERE and let us know what style you'd like and attach your logo via email to sales@weprinttshirts.ca

 

What type of apparel do you have?  

We offer many tshirt styles, hoodies, crewneck sweaters, jackets, hats and bags.  Please see our supplier links below.  We also have samples of our most requested items in store.

 

How May I Pay? 

Payment is received in full prior to printing or artwork design starts.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash in store.  If you are not able to stop in we can accept email money transfer or you can fill out a credit card authorization form via email to make payment.  Very sorry, but we do not accept cheques.

 

How many ink colours can you print?

We silk screen up to 4 colours on darks.  With screen printing a silk screen is created for each print colour - the more colours/screens used, the higher the set up costs will be and the printing cost is raised as it takes more time to print multi colours than a single colour.  We also offer sublimation and DTG printing on whites and lights for no set up charges, and unlimited print colours which is an excellent solution for many businesses to maintain their logo and have items at a great price point.

 

Can I print a photograph on something?

For sure!  Photos work best on white t-shirts, mugs or pillows.

 

Do you subcontract?

No, all jobs are completed in house.  We offer silk screen, sublimation, heat transfer, laser engraving, banner and sticker printing and embroidery.

 

What is your return policy?

All items are final sale.  If we've made an error we will certainly make amends for that.

 

Can I provide my own items to be decorated?

We do not accept outside items - certain fabrics will not respond well to the printing method needed and if an error were made or a machine malfunctioned we wouldn't want you to be upset with us.  We have a wide variety of items that can be special ordered for you, please see our supplier catalogues below - we have a great rapport with our suppliers to have wholesale pricing in a wide range of styles.
